✨ Reflexology – it’s more than just feet ✨
A lot of people think reflexology is just about relaxing (which it is!), but it also works gently with the whole body. By supporting the nervous system, it can help your body cope better with everyday stress, tension and feeling run down.
I’ve completed two years of professional reflexology training, including in-depth training in anatomy and physiology, so each session is thoughtful, informed and tailored to the person in front of me — not a one-size-fits-all treatment.
At Total Serenity Reflexology, I offer calm, unhurried treatments for people in our local community, creating a safe space to slow down and reset.
