Our Love to Move and Time to Chat sessions in partnership with Love to Move Sussex with Cherry and Anna are back!

We have a few spaces available in each session, so join us next week for gentle movement, music, and meaningful connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Each Love to Move session includes:
✨ Gentle, seated movements
🎶 Nostalgic music from the 50s & 60s
☕ Time for tea, biscuits, and a friendly chat

Our sessions are ideal for anyone with limited mobility, living with Parkinson’s, MS or dementia, or recovering from surgery or a stroke. Activities are always adapted to meet you where you are.

Our Story

We are re-defining what good quality care at home for older people in Brighton, Hove and Shoreham is all about. We also strive to ensure that great care is recognised and valued as a good career choice.

There is a popular saying that the home is where the heart is and at Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham we truly believe that remaining at home is the most comfortable solution as you age. As daily tasks become more challenging it can make living independently at home more difficult, but this shouldn’t mean that you have to leave the home you love.

From just a few hours a day, we provide one-to-one care and support to suit the needs of our Clients.

With a minimum visit time of 1 hour, we aim to provide continuity of care from our CAREGivers who have the skills to build rapport and trusting relationship with our Clients, whilst respecting their individual choices and independence.
