Life Coaching, especially when I use RTT, is about looking forward. It is for when you already know your history, but you are still stuck in burnout or overwhelm. We clear the subconscious block and create an action plan to get you moving again.
If you need to heal deep trauma, go with therapy. If you are ready to stop coping and start reinventing your life after 40, go with coaching.
