Excellent day of education and clinical observation of an upper blepharoplasty courtesy of Mr Andre Litwin, consultant ophthalmic surgeon with expertise in eyelid aesthetic surgery at Nuffield Hospital Brighton. Many clients ask what I can do to improve dropping, hooded lids and under-eye laxity and swelling? I need to be honest that non-surgical aesthetic treatment will just not cut it, and surgery is necessary. Who to trust and where to go is the issue.
