This was the moon this morning 🌅
The Wolf Supermoon — luminous, steady, and impossible to ignore.

Spiritually, the Wolf Moon calls us back to instinct and truth. It asks us to leave behind what no longer fits — old survival patterns, self-abandonment, silence, and the versions of ourselves shaped by fear rather than choice.

As a supermoon, its energy is amplified. A powerful moment for releasing what’s heavy and manifesting clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.
What are you ready to let go of?
What are you choosing to call in?

Standing with this moon, I felt a deep reminder that we don’t heal by forcing ourselves to be stronger — we heal by listening, by softening, by coming home to ourselves.

The events of recent weeks, especially facing how fragile life can be, have been quietly nudging me to finally bring something into the world I’ve been holding for a long time — a trauma-informed, self-led recovery book for those who don’t resonate with traditional paths, and who need a gentler, compassionate alternative.

May this moon help us shed old skins, trust our inner wisdom, and walk forward lighter, braver, and more aligned. 🌕🐺

🐴✨ Proud Girlfriend Moment ✨🐴

After 3 years of helping me muck out, poo pick, drive me when I had no car, and love and care for Bear as if he was his own — Mark finally had his very first riding lesson today.

Almost a year ago we bought him jodhpurs and a riding hat, but with Bear being out of work and stressful conditions at the old yard, the chance never came. Until now.

And wow… Mark absolutely aced it. 🦋
The connection he made with Bear, and the respect Bear showed back, was incredible to watch.

It wasn’t just about riding — it was about trust, patience, and the bond that’s been building quietly all this time.

So proud of these two. Here’s to many more rides together. 💛

🔑 AA Step One vs. A Trauma-Informed Approach to Recovery

AA Step One says:
"We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable."

👉 For many people, this creates shame. It reinforces the belief that they are broken, powerless, and must surrender their identity to recover.
