Sussex Empowered Living Ltd (SEL) has now become the High Street Brighton, a supported living service owned and operated by Achieve together.
Achieve together, with its 25 years of expertise, is one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs and supports over 2,300 young people and adults in over 400 services across England and Wales to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.
Given Achieve together’s existing excellent, person-centric support to a number of people who identify as transgender or non-binary, they are delighted to strengthen their presence in the South East and will continue to grow and develop their support through further investment, interest groups, and community collaborations.
Sussex Empowered Living’s founding vision and principles of person-centered, empowering care lives on through Achieve together’s team of over 6,000 compassionate and dedicated team members who place the people they support and their families, at the heart of everything they do.
