Walking along the sea front tomorrow for the Alzheimer’s Society. Walking in memory of my Nan. She was really my second mum and I think about her still virtually everyday.
Nanny Anne- even though I have not seen you in hmmm a few years I know your strength is within me and thank you for your unconditional love.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL?
It’s our passion. Our team don’t just show up teach you. We train, we work together to figure out new ways to get things across to you. We go over and over the the manuals and get clued up with every inch of every movement. We talk. We play. We share our knowledge. We continually re educate ourselves. Myself and have been teaching for over 10 years and are both currently on full comp training courses for the second / third time to re educate ourselves and learn more about our craft so we can share it with you. Here I am with and .pilates this weekend as we unpicked more of the manual and raked through what else we can bring to our sessions for you. We all strive to be the best and share our passion for this method with you so we can always show up with the best knowledge and the most passion. We hope you feel it, we are sure you do ✨🩷
