Mamma’s Scrapbook | Wyld Mothers Fire | Whitehawk | Tuesday 16th December, 10.00 – 12.00
What a cosy session in the woods we had last week.
This week the weather is looking kinder. We plan to be back in our cosy woodland spot for the final sesh of 2025 before coming back in the spring.
As solstice is upon us, we thought it may be nice to start with a winter meditation.
We will also bring something warm to eat and perhaps we can make a chai together to engage with our taste buds as part of our sensory journey.
As we are approaching the festive season, it can also be a time where we can become depleted, especially when we spend a lot of time taking care of others. I thought a nice writing activity could be an a-z of self care from the maternal journal, so we can make some time for that too.
As always, writing, sharing and making is an invitation, no pressure to do any of these if you need to come and just be.
As a final thought, we will open our circle with an introduction and gratitude, but we would love to hear if anyone has and idea of an icebreaker prompt.
