‘Lucy’s Blends’ Deodorants are natural, clay-based deodorants designed to deliver strong, all-day odour control without blocking the body’s natural processes.
They have a unique firm, putty-like texture - not a soft cream or a greasy stick. The balm is scoopable, melts on contact with the skin and leaves a dry, matte finish.

I’m really excited to show you my new natural deodorants which I’ve developed over many years. I used to make them for friends and family who loved them so thought I’d do it properly one day and we’re almost ready to launch 🤩

The blends have been assessed and approved for legal sale, packaging has arrived, it’s all feeling real!🌿🌿

This is your turn to experience the wonderful world of Baby Massage!

You can book in to either course and if *something* comes up you can swap your session to the other day. This works really well and is quite fun to move between the days and make MORE friends!

Classes are fun, chilled and have a lovely energy… if you’ve had a bad night and feel wobbly you WILL be lifted up and supported by everyone. It’s a gorgeous space at the studio where you can relax and feel at home.

A good shout for parking is at Brighton station, 10 mins or less walk from studio and £4 for 2 hours, if you need to drive in 👍🏼

Oooh my next book is nearly ready! Get ready for the next instalment 💫

Reflux and colic can be so hard to cope with in those early stages. It’s easy to feel helpless as a parent. But one thing you always have is your nurturing touch.

Hello! It’s me, Lucy 😊

It’s coming up to my 15th anniversary of teaching baby massage in Brighton!

I’ve loved that, alongside teaching the physical classes, it’s also been such a lovely outlet for my creative side. I’ve absolutely loved making my little class guides and books over the years — they’ve really evolved with me as I’ve learnt more about baby massage, yoga and reflexology, and I’ve learnt so much from all the parents and babies along the way.

They started as hand-drawn booklets tied together with ribbon just for my class participants… then grew into printed versions that I was amazed to find myself posting all over the globe as part of my Online Baby Massage Course… and now, with my amazing graphic designer and wonderful editor , they’ve become these absolutely stunning books — both in print and digital — that help parents and carers support their babies through specific childhood ailments with nurturing touch.

I love what I do. I’m so lucky. People often say, “gosh, you are SO lucky teaching this class and doing what you do” — and I know it. I’m so happy to be able to share it all over the world through my books.

Did you spot the fairy bum? Tuesdays sold out, Thursday 30th April 1pm has spaces. Also I keep meaning to say despite being in the North Laines, parking is not a problem as you can park at Brighton Station - £3.20 for two hours? Someone please do correct me if it’s a bit more, maybe £3.60? And it’s only around the corner from the studio so 2 hours is perfect for the class and maybe even a coffee or.. glass of wine anyone?!
