My last day in Athens, it was pretty stormy thunder and lightening all night! My time here has been amazing & life changing. I am so grateful for the friendships made, all the beautiful people I’ve had the pleasure to meet on this journey, the amazing volunteers and coaches I’ve worked with, you all have a place in my heart. Thanks to my friends and family who have supported me from afar especially when things have been a bit tricky. Love to you all ❤️

As my time in Athens draws to a close, why not set one last challenge, 108 Sun Salutations. It would be great if you could join us, no pressure to do all 108 you can rest and take your time. The practice will be led by myself and the wonderful YSR Yoga and Pilates coaches. I look forward to sharing my last day with you.
