Fully present. Deeply connected.

Last night’s Align & Shine workshop at Nostos Hove was exactly what it set out to be a pause, a reset, and a chance to reconnect.

From mindful movement to breathwork and posture awareness, the room carried a calm, focused energy that stayed with us well beyond the session itself.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at this sold out your presence made the experience what it was.

And to our brilliant collaborators and facilitators Nush from YB Movement Coach and Stella Baxevani from the Be Well, Live Well team thank you for holding such a thoughtful and impactful space.

This is what community-driven wellbeing looks like.

We were proud to be finalists in the Health & Beauty category at the Brighton Girl Awards alongside some amazing businesses.

While we didn’t take home the award this time, we’re truly grateful to be part of such a strong community full of independent, women-led and diverse businesses supporting each other.
