Sad and exciting day all in one 💫

Thank you to the therapists and clients that have shared their time and energy with me and The Bodyhub Brighton. You have made running a business through the craziest times fun, worthwhile and rewarding.

This chapter is over but new beginnings and adventures on the other side of the world in NZ commence for Kona and I on Tuesday.

I don’t want to make social media promises but I am going to attempt to share some of my journey living and working in the Southern Hemisphere 🌍 🇳🇿

I may have shed a little tear this morning when I closed the door for the last time at

It was a dream space with a special energy that always attracted amazing therapists and clients. I am grateful beyond belief to have this experience.

As hard as endings are with every closure come exciting new beginnings. Chatting to other traders this morning at I know I am heading into another fantastic Brighton Community and a new place to call home.

Excited to work with you in 2022. Let’s all achieve our dreams this year 💥

Happy New Year 💙

I can hardly believe in 2022 we will enter the third year of the pandemic.

This journey has been so unique for everyone and I just wanted to send a message of gratitude to you all for simply being you and doing what is right for you and the people closest to you.

I fully appreciate and respect every one of you that has trusted in The Bodyhub Brighton during this time and kept a small business in business! Thank you.

It will be a sad day on 3 January when our perfect little container on the beach turns into a site office for the fabulous new development. I can’t complain, I started working out of the yellow (remember that?!) box 3.5 years ago. It’s only temporary, they said. Thank you covid for allowing this place to become home for so long 🙌

I am lucky to have found an equally quirky venue at The Open Market, Brighton. It is all up and running so our service is unbroken. If you like good coffee and yummy food make sure you book around a time you’ll be hungry and go and explore the market.
