Massage for teenagers is probably not the first thing you think about when considering massage therapy.

Many will consider massage is only for adults, but just think for a moment, is stress only experienced by grown ups? It is frightening how much stress teenagers have on a daily basis.

Massage reduces the reaction of stress on the body. Introducing regular massage to teenagers will help them sleep better, enable them to concentrate on their school work and study more effectively. They develop a sense of wellbeing and calmness because their body is relaxed and so too their mind.

Massage is suitable for children of all ages and abilities. I ask parents to be present at all times during treatments with me until the child is 18 years old.
