Hello all! I wanted to let you know that I have a 1 bedroom flat or two x 1 bedroom flats with huge balcony and garden in the islands of the gods - Ubud, Bali.

It’s available for short term holiday let or long term rental if your thinking of living here. I provide private weekly yoga and meditation classes in the garden too! So it’s like a little personal retreat centre 😍

It’s 10mins to Ubud centre ( Palace and markets) on the bike. It’s 7 mins to nearest large supermarket and pharmacy. There is a traditional Balinese spa, a couple of famous cafes, and a corner shop all within 5 mins walk from the flat.

It’s in a quiet jungle hideaway area on a cliff top!

(To note- This does mean it’s unfortunately not wheelchair accessible at this moment due to the cobbled entrance stairs.)

Both flats include:

1 x four poster bed with mosquito net

1 x working desk

1 x large wardrobe

1 x fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge freezer, lots of pots and pans and a electric grill

1 x bathroom with shower

1 x large balcony with panoramic cliff top views ( 1st floor flat)

1 x large patio balcony with garden view ( ground floor flat)

Fibre optic Wi-Fi -good for online working

Gas, electric and water included

Cleaning once a week.

Can provide pick up and drop off to Denpasar airport.

Rental can be paid via Air B n B or you can pay me first via Revolut / Wise/ online banking per month or for the days you want to stay.

I can’t quite believe how lucky I got finding from my home town Brighton, in Bali. Even though she was still meant to be in Sri Lanka!

Bumping into her twice without her really knowing who I was, was enough of a sign to give her a text an just check she didn’t have a doubleganger 🤣

I have wanted to learn Kirtan for so long. It warms my heart and connects me directly to spirit. It’s something that takes all the stress out of me in minutes.

Of course I had to do something about Christmas, or id be a scrooge right? 😜

With just 9 days to go until Christmas day🎄, here's a little light hearted blog showcasing how each star sign⭐ holds a certain dynamic around social gatherings, or (as some would say - forced inflicted social gatherings), festivities and gift giving.🎁

I like to emphasis that Astrology 🏵 isn't something I see as a blueprint but a guide. Think of it as a good influence... like a best friend 👭 who knows your good and your ugly, but still supports you and always wants to keep you on the right track.🌼

Part 1 of my day with the wild animal circus on my doorstep 🤣

I don’t really know what’s going on today but I’ll blame it on my Jupiter being in the 6th house ( which governs animals) and the fact that we are in the heat ( or maybe thick) of Sagittarius season ruled by Jupiter which always seems to bring forth l,more so that other months,the lightness in my Jupiter.

However if you have any other analogues, I’ve very much open 🥰😅

So asked me a lot of question in my kinesiology session. He did some cranial work on my foot and I met some of his spirit guides contained in dragon sticks … I only found out because I felt like two people were watching me, then I turned to the right and there were these two dragon 🐉 sticks. I asked him what they were and he basically said they were spirits in there … only I would pick this up 🤣

You know, in the past, the energy I used to feel just annoyed me - anywhere I went with gloves for instance I would feel like my hands were burning ( just called me Elsa from Frozen ❄️☃️haha) , but in Bali all this is normal.

Anyway I’ve diverted, within the session I felt large waves of energy move throughout my body like a snake. 🐍

He told me my small intestine was the culprit and that there is nothing wrong with my ankle lollllll ….. but I’m in so much pain!!!

Diagnosis - Low stomach acid making my digestion a bloody disaster. So I need to take diluted Apple Cider vinager in water before food and eat small meals and often.

I came out the session and thought I was gonna vomit. My head was heavy and I felt beyond nauseous. I sat in a chair next to the bathroom and just worked on my breath and drank some hot water. I then fell asleep for like 20 mins on this chair 😆🙃

My ankle is still painful today but interestingly when im eating, the pain does get worse!!! So let’s see how I am after a week. I will update you.

My health journey has been somewhat of a rollercoaster 🎢. From acid reflux issues as a child ( in hospital regulary) to joint and foot problems, then an accidental dance injury, orthopaedic treatment, a kidney abscess where I nearly died… the list goes on……

The things is I have always felt energies and sometimes I get confused between what is a physical pain and what is an energetic pain. This is why I went to see yesterday to try and understand this better.

When I look at my Astrology chart my 6th house where health and well-being lies has Neptune and this is a planet of obsessions, addictions but also an opening to spiritual awakening. I can safely say I am addicted to health and well-being and anyone who knows me will vouch for that - it’s been an extreme playground of love and disturbance… I love looking after myself mental and physically but sometimes you need someone else’s opinion and help. Even when you have two diplomas and 6 yoga alliance certifications in mindfulness practices!

This is why I went to see yesterday to try and understand this better.

There’s a dangerous wave of Magical Wishful Thinking in the influencer world right now— especially in the wellbeing and spiritual sectors. People are promoting aesthetically perfect lives and preaching that anyone can manifest abundance if they just “think positive", "have the right mindset" or "trust the universe".

But the truth is, some people’s only prayer right now is clean water, food, and safety. There are wars. There are children dying. There are people trapped in abusive homes, fighting to survive. How can we tell them “just raise your vibration and everything will come” without understanding their reality?

You cannot think your way into abundance when your nervous system is in survival mode. Yes, we can all grow and evolve, but only once our basic human safety is honoured, and this looks and feels different for everyone:

- Having loving and kind parents is safety
- Having a partner who is with you all the way is safety
- Having a house to live in is safety
- Having friends you can trust and rely on is a form of safety
- Having an income is a form of safety

Let’s stop bypassing real suffering with toxic positivity and start talking about healing/helping others with honesty, humility, and humanity.
