Mastering Mindfulness: Four Week Course Starts May 6th
Join me to explore mindfulness as a true life concept, something to support you mentally, physically and spiritually.

Would you like a new perspective and a new approach to managing life? Do you wish to bring about gentle but sustainable changes? My 4 week course has been created to support you by understanding and implementing Mindfulness.

This course will include:
Small private group of only 4 people.
Meeting live each week with me, Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach. Weekly discussion topic.
A reflective task.
Chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback.
Deepen your understanding of yourself and your habits.

The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Each meeting lasts around 50 minutes with 10 mins extra time at the end in case you wish to ask more involved questions. Find a new perspective and a more mindful approach to life. This course is also excellent for those seeking to create more mindfulness in the workplace.

There are two time slots to choose from, it will be same time slot each week.

APRIL UPDATE
This month we can truly feel the arrival of Spring, a time of year associated with the Goddess Ostara who represents dawn, fertility and the awakening of the Earth. She is mostly see with a hare. You may now be seeing this awakening in the plants, flowers and buds coming to life.

This is a lovely time of year to emerge yourself from the hiberation of winter, you can do this at your own pace, just like my blossom tree (it's incredibly slow but totally worth it). I have been reflecting on my own offerings for the coming year and am working with my intuition to guide me with this. Whats emerged is a new summer cacao circle and a return to my 4 week mastering mindfulness course.

Drop-In Guided Meditation Class, Portslade; £7.50

Wednesday 29th April 7:30 pm – 8:15 pm
A 45 min meditation class for finding stillness, and reconnecting with your inner calm. Suitable for everyone, especially those seeking a mindful pause in a shorter time frame.

Morning Meditation in the Woods, Hadlow Down: £15.50
Saturday 11th April 10.30am - 12pm
Saturday June 6th 10.30am - 12pm
Connect with the nature, feel the warmth of the fire and allow your heart to open. Please note there is no class in May due to other work commitments.

Mastering Mindfulness Course: £140
Starts Wednesday 6th May
Held on Microsoft Teams
This online live course will meet once a week and support you to understand more about your own habits and beliefs. It supports inner exploration, spiritual connection and self-awareness. Limted to 4 places only.

A simple way to honour the Spring Equinox this weekend.
Create a Seasonal Sacred Space:
1. Start by putting some fresh flowers in a vase or buy a potted spring bulb plant.
2. Place a candle near the base, this represents the return of the light.
3. Add natural elements to represent the earth; moss, stones, feathers
4. Meditate or journal near your sacred space. Set and intention for the new season.

Fancy going off grid but still want a few creature comforts? Like the idea of disconnecting from the WiFi and truly allowing yourself to be in nature? Take a look at Holly Hut, this is a unique cabin available to book at my Wild Within Retreat which is hosted in July. It has no electricy but it does have a log burner and 2 squisy, warm, double beds. It has an outdoor fire pit and an eco loo (inside a smaller cabin for privacy). We'll provide the fairy lights and the bedding plus logs for the fire.

Ideal for 2 friends, a couple or two strangers who are happy to share.

Beyond Menopause - Mindfulness & Female Hormonal Health

You’re invited to join me & Women’s Health Coach, Claire McGuinness on Sun 19th April 2-4pm.

The aim is to share experiences, breakdown stereotypes and empower one another to move towards and beyond the menopause phase with knowledge and kindness.
You'll understand more deeply about the ebb and flow of your hormones and how meditation and mindfulness can play a part in your self-care.

Sally will offer guided meditations and stress management techniques, Claire will highlight the hormonal shifts and how your body can be honoured, enjoy coffee, herbal tea ans refreshments alongside nourishing treats from Plush! Kitchen.

Starting in April, you could be part of a small private group, meeting live each week with Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach.
