Our next Inner Seasons workshop is here:
Beyond Menopause - Mindfulness & Female Hormonal Health

You’re invited to join me & Women’s Health Coach, Claire McGuinness on Sun 19th April 2-4pm.

The aim is to share experiences, breakdown stereotypes and empower one another to move towards and beyond the menopause phase with knowledge and kindness.
You'll understand more deeply about the ebb and flow of your hormones and how meditation and mindfulness can play a part in your self-care.

Sally will offer guided meditations and stress management techniques, Claire will highlight the hormonal shifts and how your body can be honoured, enjoy coffee, herbal tea ans refreshments alongside nourishing treats from Plush! Kitchen.

Please bring a yoga mat to sit on, blankets and blocks for your comfort will be provided. Wear loose, layered clothing for the meditation.

Gemma is the founder of Plush! Kitchen. She is looking to change things up on the snack scene, offering nutritious, joyful bakes without any over processed ingrediants.

Would you like to create a new perspective and a new approach to managing life? Would you like to understan and implement Mindfulness? Starting in April, you could be part of a small private group, meeting live each week with Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach. The aim is to give you a foundation of knowledge to apply to your own situations and use beyond the course. The weekly online meetings will include a topic, a reflective task and discussion. You will also be chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback.

The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Content covered feel calmer, be in control, become emotionally regulated, form better habits & be more present.

Packed with useful tips plus techniques to try at home each week. The sessions are hosted live and you'll have the space to reflect, ask questions and deepen your understanding of yourself and your habits. Each meeting lasts around 50 minutes with some extra time at the end in case you wish to ask more involved questions. Enter Spring with a new perspective and a more mindful approach to life. The course is hosted by award winning coach Sally Davis. The group is capped at 4 people to allow a more meaningful experience.

Maybe you need a little reminder, YOU are a fabulous, unique, human being. You don't need to keep consuming, changing, performing or conforming to the often, unrealistic expectations of our society. You need to see youself as pure light, energy, life force. Lets spring into Spring with a sprinkle of self love and twinkle in your cheeky eye. Maybe this could also be a gentle reminder to buy a little less but spend a little more time pausing, breathing and of course sparkling.

BOOKINGS NOW OPEN - I'm delighted o be returning for my 4th year hosting this retreat in a very special part of East Sussex. The Wild Within has evolved over the years but always promises to be full of magic. Immerse yourself in the woods, disconnect from the WiFi and start to hear the voice within you. This retreat is about opening your heart, finding your inner wisdom and tapping in to your hidden power; your intuition. We have lots of playful moments along the way, including a Saturday night fire circle, shared meals, oracle card reading and some creative fun.

New monthly class starting THIS WEDNESDAY at 7.30pm. Join me at for a gorgeous guided meditation class. These classes are suitable for all levels, even complete beginnners. Each month I'll be offering something different meditations, including journeying, breathwork, body scanning and visualiation. All with the aim of allowing your day to come to completion in a calm, secure space. During this class I also use Sage, incense or Aqua De Florida to clear your energy.

Meditation is a proven technique in calming the nervous system and encouring clarity of thought and focus. It also supports intuitive development and emotional regulation.

Open to non members of the yoga studio if you book via my website. Please note bookings close 1 hour before, doors open at 7.20pm, class is 40 minutes.
