Mastering Mindfulness: Four Week Course Starts May 6th
Join me to explore mindfulness as a true life concept, something to support you mentally, physically and spiritually.
Would you like a new perspective and a new approach to managing life? Do you wish to bring about gentle but sustainable changes? My 4 week course has been created to support you by understanding and implementing Mindfulness.
This course will include:
Small private group of only 4 people.
Meeting live each week with me, Sally Davis, award winning Mindfulness Coach. Weekly discussion topic.
A reflective task.
Chance to ask questions and receive individual feedback.
Deepen your understanding of yourself and your habits.
The techniques covered will allow you understand how to make personal change via awareness of your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Each meeting lasts around 50 minutes with 10 mins extra time at the end in case you wish to ask more involved questions. Find a new perspective and a more mindful approach to life. This course is also excellent for those seeking to create more mindfulness in the workplace.
There are two time slots to choose from, it will be same time slot each week.
