DEAR CUSTOMERS
Please find enclosed an important update on bookings.

Due to a significant increase in customers failing to attend their appointment without notice with all Vouchers. All bookings will have to be paid in advance and we will require a 48 hour cancellation notice ( If you cancel your appointment within this period you will loose your payment or the voucher).
This is not something I wish to impose or continue to keep remind my customers but Unfortunately, due to significant ongoing loss of business due to customers not attending their appointments, I have been forced into, I hope you can understand.

In addition to this, if clients wish to re-book an appointment, there will be an additional charge from £15 to secure another appointment depending on treatment.
