When coming out of Narcissistic relationships you might be more vulnerable to emotionally unavailable/avoidant partners. Because of your childhood wounds, you may confuse the adrenaline rush of a rollercoaster hot/cold relationship for love. Healthy relationships may seem 'boring'. You may begin to realise you have an anxious attachment.

Does someone in your life act in an unkind and aggressive manner? Sometimes leaving is a lot harder than people realise with trauma bonding and cognitive dissonance in play. Or you may be gaslit when you try and express what is painful for you.

Do things go well in your relationship until you disagree with your partner and does this put you off saying what you really feel? Is their affection conditional on your going along with their opinions? If you stand your ground on a point do you feel shamed and blamed by them? Does it start to feel like you are tiptoeing around them?
