** Delicious, and quick, recipes for breakfast, lunch, snacks, supper and deserts… using foods that are relevant to your profile
** Printable shopping list of recommended ingredients based on your health priorities

** Additional, generic Supplement recommendations for your profile-type
The findings are published in an online report, which is convertible to a PDF document and can also be output in print form to study off line.
