This week was the first week when daylight peeped its sleepy head out BEFORE the end of our early 6.15am/6.30am classes. And boy does it feel good. There’s honestly no better time to get into your healthy early morning routine which sets you up to feel good for the entire rest of the day. The twinklings of spring are on the horizon. With the first of our 2026 social calendar announced (Quiz Night 👀), it’s time to take a sneak peek ahead to a year stacked with good vibes and even better company.

The classics are staying—our legendary Summer Solstice social, birthday and Christmas blowouts—plus the return of beach volleyball after the fun times of its first appearance last year. And for 2026, we’re adding in a session + sauna to turn up the heat 🔥

Our social events are a big part of what we do because Energy for Life isn’t just about fitness. It’s about HEALTH - physical and mental, and it’s well documented that social connection matters hugely.

Also, it’s just so much more fun to turn up at class knowing most of the room and training alongside your friends.

We look forward to seeing you at whichever events appeal - there’s something for everyone.

Join us for a fun, laid-back quiz night at Starfish and Coffee, created exclusively for our EFL community — so we’ll be blissfully free of the hyper-competitive quiz aficionados and their suspiciously fast answers.

Expect honed fitness-themed puns, questions that flex the brain (not the ego), plenty of laughs, and a genuinely social vibe. No revision required, no pressure to perform — just good company, a bit of friendly banter, and an evening of fun with your fellow studio regulars.

We’re kickstarting the year with a FREE 4-week Healthy Habits Challenge for you to get involved with. It’s easy to do and will have a huge impact on your year ahead - setting you up for a strong 2026. We’ve picked 4 high reward habits to commit to for 4 weeks and we’ll support you to do it. Habit 1 - Consistent Movement
choose your level - commit to 8, 12, or 16+ classes over 4 weeks

Habit 2 - Prioritise Protein
