My name is Justine and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology which is accredited by The Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am also a full member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and fully insured. I first discovered Reflexology when I was looking for relief from my auto immune condition Psoriasis. I was so impressed by the change in my skin after only a few sessions that I decided to train as a Reflexologist. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment to help restore your body's natural balance. It is a non-invasive therapy that provides benefits for the client that are both physical and emotional. Reflexology works by applying pressure on specific points of the feet to release energy blockages, allowing the body to heal itself naturally and maintain Homeostasis.
