Who are we?
Georgie: In 2020, when Uranus was conjunct my natal sun, my spiritual awakening began. My entire life changed as I left a very toxic relationship and embarked on my journey of healing, self discovery and growth.
Investing in myself, I learned with the best, Bob Proctor, and my mindset and approach to life saw a monumental shift. From this I then trained as a spiritual life coach and also taught myself Astrology, which I’ve been studying as a passion and a job, ever since. Learning and growing whilst helping others is my true calling. I am also currently training in Kundalini Reiki and I’m excited to be working with energy with my clients in 2026.
Rory:
A while ago I hit rock bottom, unresolved trauma had led me on a tough path, I found many ways of numbing and distracting from the pain which led to many bad choices. I knew I had to change something, so I decided to give the sober journey a go. I was able to start feeling, learning, understanding, growing and ultimately healing. This was the beginning of my spiritual awakening. I trained as a transformational life coach with Tony Robins which was a great move, but there was something missing and whilst experimenting with new practices, Somatic Breathwork was one that changed everything. I knew I had to learn this ancient and powerful practice. I now coach and facilitate Breathwork in person from my practice In Bury St Edmund’s as well as online, at events, festivals and within the corporate world.
