We have added TWO new courses.

Managing weight
You will learn how your food intake affects your weight, how to manage and be mindful of this and how to balance what you eat with confidence.

The Psychology of Eating
This workshop highlights some of the many factors that can shape our behaviour and choices when it comes to food. We discuss helpful strategies, so that you can make positive, healthy and long-lasting changes.

Our 6 week online series starts 31st May

What a WONDERFUL Prostate support group we had today! Including all of the tickets purchased at the hospital, the bench alone raised Β£160, out of a total of Β£208 money for raffles today. So thank you all so much for your amazing support. We hope that you found Keith's talk interesting, and if you're not on STAMINA then please give Active Recovery a try!

We missed some of our regular faces too, as we know you are on holiday / on treatment at the moment.

We will see you next month, with a Royal theme! πŸ˜‰πŸ‘‘

May is bladder cancer awareness month. The most important symptom to remember is blood in your wee. If this happens then tell your Dr. The tests might not be glamorous but it could save your life!

It is important to know the symptoms of bladder cancer!

While blood in the wee is the most common symptom of bladder cancer, other symptoms include UTI’s that don’t clear up and pain when weeing. 🚫

Please share this post so people are aware of the signs to look out for. πŸ‘ˆ

You might notice the name change.....
Following on from feedback from patients, this page is now for all of the urology cancer sites. This is to make the support that we offer our patients more inclusive. So welcome to our Bladder & Kidney patients!
We now also have a closed group to support these patients (it's a work in progress)!
Please get in touch with the CNS team if you need any more information. πŸ™‚
