Today we said a fond farewell to our wonderful manager, Rugma, as she moves on to lead one of our sister homes within the company. 🌟

Although Rugma hasn’t been with us for long, the impact she has made in such a short time has been truly tremendous. Her leadership, dedication, and passion have driven real success in our home, and her positive influence has been felt by residents, families, and staff alike.

While we will miss seeing her here every day, we are incredibly proud that she is continuing her journey within our company and taking on this exciting new challenge. We know she will bring the same energy, commitment, and excellence to her new team.
