Not really hypnobirthing related but I'm finally getting around to putting together all our wedding photos ( 4 year later!!! )

My lovely mother in law brought me this beautiful album all the way from Thailand!

It's looking great so far! Just afew more photos to add & then it's done!

What's the one thing your looking forward to doing with your new baby?!?

When I was pregnant, I'd lay in bed and daydream about all the adventures we'd have together.. and weve definitely had alot of fun times!

We are not at today, due to half term and were gutted!!!

Sunday doesn't feel the same without swimming, so were off to our local ( ish ) swimming baths ! Yay!

Great little tip for the birthing partners...

It can be an anxious time watching your partner go through labour, if you feeling over whlemed, that's okay- just take afew minutes away to take some big deep breaths, counting down from 10, get a drink and a bite to eat and you'll feel much more refreshed.
