My name is Chris Jones and I'm a sports massage therapist here in Bristol.
I hope everyone is doing well and finding positive ways to use their time.
One thing I've noticed this last week is the huge increase in people out running, cycling and circuit training in the local parks and it got me thinking, we're a little over a week into lockdown and I imagine people might be starting to feel all that exercise in their bodies a little bit. Which is why I'm offering short 1-1 video consultations with me where we talk about what exercise your doing, any aches and pains you might be experiencing and then offer small changes and additions you can make to your training to help. I'll then send you a bespoke program tailored to you, with stretches and exercises to help you stay on your fitness path and keep injuries at bay.
