Are you feeling overwhelmed, afraid, stuck, anxious, or not listened to? Counselling can help us to deal with experiences such as difficult family relationships or friendships, trauma, bereavement, and long term illness, and to process emotions such as anxiety, stress, fear, anger and guilt. I work in a non-judgmental way and provide support for a range of situations and mental health issues. If integrative counselling suits you, I can help you with anxiety, low self-esteem, understanding family relationships, depression, abuse, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, carers' issues, catfishing & long-term illness. I am a friendly integrative counsellor. I offer a conversational approach with a practice rooted in relational, person-centred, and psychodynamic theories. Registered with the BACP and the NCS, I work in a non-judgmental way and provide support for a range of situations and mental health issues. I work online/telephone and in person from September 2022. If you are puzzled by your feelings or other people's behaviour, or if you are struggling with an issue or a health condition, counselling can help to calm and regulate the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. I have experience as a nurse and of working with people from all walks of life. Sessions can be arranged flexibly depending on availability.
