A gentle reminder that you're your most authentic self when you're completely present, and in your body.
When you allow yourself to feel your feelings.
This is the truth of who you are.
Remember that your body has all the answers. It doesn't lie. Your body doesn't know how to lie. It's sentient and honest. A reflection of your inner terrain and outer circumstances.
How can you start to listen to your body?
If you have a knot in your stomach. Aches and pains. A lump in your throat or a tight jaw. There's a reason why. Start to take notice of these little cries for help. It's your body saying "I want to show you something. Look, I want to show you something. Please listen".
Be curious about what your body is telling you.
Massage is a great way to tap into our bodies enate wisdom. It brings our focus out of our minds and into our bodies, shining a torch on areas that might be numb and helping us feel the pain and discomfort. From here you can start to release the tension and live with more freedom and joy.
