The end of an era... news about our much-loved studio.
When we opened CSY in 2020, we were issued a 5 year lease, which has now expired. Our landlord has made the decision to turn our building into a residential flat, so the studio will need to move on.
I would love to move CSY to a new location, and recreate the magic we have on Richmond Terrace - but since the accident, that’s sadly not possible.
So it is with a heavy heart that I let you know that CSY will close permanently at the end of March 2026.
This is not where I wanted our story to end, and I’m sure I’m not alone in that, but this is a reminder that we do not have control over all aspects of life, and that in itself is part of our yoga practice.
While there is an emotional element to this, there is also a logistical element, so read on for how things will work for the remaining months of CSY.
If you are a current member, your last membership payment will be on your usual day in February, and you will then have until the day we close to use the remainder of your credits. Any unused credits will expire on the day we close.
If you don’t have any credits left - you can continue to attend until we close at a lower drop in price of £10 per class.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for choosing to support our little studio - and for being part of the magic. I will truly miss everything about CSY - and all of you.
