Meet the lovely Aurora 🥰- at 9 years old she is officially my youngest client to date! And an amazing one she was at that- what a little warrior. Aurora is a talented and keen footballer but sadly she suffers with Sever’s disease and struggles with pain in her calves, Achilles tendon and feet. She was so brave , we did some gentle soft tissue work, a small amount of cupping and she even was happy to have a bit of dry needling. Let’s hope we can help her begin to reduce her pain levels and enable her to play and enjoy her football even more. I look forward to seeing this young lady develop- good luck Aurora 💞⚽️🙌

Meet Liv- this lovely young lady (along with the rest of her dance squads) are off to Worlds in Florida with the Angels dance academy at the end of this month. Liv was super tight and needed a bit of TLC after all the rehearsals she is involved with at the moment. The IASF World Dance Championships is held annually in Florida and The Dark angels have dominated the Hip hop scene for many years now competing to an immense level and always manage to come back with some silverware!!! 🙌 The teams Liv dances with are more lyrical , Virtues Jazz and Gemini - go smash it Liv and All the Angels Dance academy . I will be watching 👀 👏🏆🎖️xx
