Hip mobility is important for everyone- but it’s particularly important for runners 🏃🏻‍♀️!
I have built up a little crew of running clients and many originally come to me with knee or back issues.
Working on hip mobility will enhance performance by improving your running mechanics , increases stride efficiency , and decreases common runners injuries like knee & lower back pain.
Incorporating mobility exercises for the hips along side leg strength training at the gym will help - these are some of my favourites.

Meet the lovely Aurora 🥰- at 9 years old she is officially my youngest client to date! And an amazing one she was at that- what a little warrior. Aurora is a talented and keen footballer but sadly she suffers with Sever’s disease and struggles with pain in her calves, Achilles tendon and feet. She was so brave , we did some gentle soft tissue work, a small amount of cupping and she even was happy to have a bit of dry needling. Let’s hope we can help her begin to reduce her pain levels and enable her to play and enjoy her football even more. I look forward to seeing this young lady develop- good luck Aurora 💞⚽️🙌
