From ankle sprain to marathon in 6 weeks. 🏆🏃♀️
This runner was 6 weeks out from race day with a Grade 1–2 ankle sprain and nearly pulled out of the marathon.
We built a focused rehab plan around:
•Reducing swelling & regaining range through manual therapy
•Strengthening the ankle + foot muscles with specific rehab programme
•Gradually reintroducing run-specific loading
She stuck to the plan, stayed consistent — and crossed the finish line last weekend, pain-free and an incredible finish time 👌💪
