Having submitted my application this time last year, I finally received confirmation yesterday that I passed and I am now accredited which means I meet the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)’s higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent Counsellor. A very big accomplishment thanks to the hundreds of hours of experience I have gained working with all the amazing people I have had the privilege of working with over the past 5 years 😊

I don’t want the cost of counselling to stop anybody from being able to get the help and support they need, or that their children need; this doesn’t sit well with me. Therefore, I have reviewed the costs of sessions and this has been updated on my website. I hope this change will mean it is more affordable to more people, but please do still get in touch if it isn’t as I may be able to signpost to another service that could potentially help at a lower cost
