It's hard not to feel the bite of winter as the wind gusts and temperatures drop. But if you've come to us for a massage before, you already know our therapy room offers a sheltered oasis where you can relax and completely forget the winter chill.

Tucked away in the basement of the Alma Vale Centre, we're completely insulated from the weather. Your comfort is our priority, plus the muscles and connective tissues naturally tense up when we're chilly! So to maximise our massages' benefits we always keep the atmosphere warm and cosy. We use electric table warmers too, adjustable to your preference so you're always the perfect temperature.
