Mental Health Awareness Week 💛
Mental Health is something we all live with. Fact.
Whether some choose to distract, numb, avoid from their feelings, others are showing up, being vulnerable to take care of theirs and I think that's really brave.
It's not just about looking after our own Mental health, it's about the shared responsibility of acknowledging the mental health of others around us, and opening that doorway to let them walk through it when they are ready to do the work.
Strugglint with your mental health can be a scary and isolating place. By being open and vulnerable, you can inspire those around you and let them know it's okay to walk this path.
Wherever you are in this journey that's okay, but let's try to offer love and support & not put others down or undermine the incredibly difficult work someone else may be doing to better their mental health
