Writing letters to your past self is a tool with so much healing potential.
Of course you can go much deeper when you aren’t posting it online.
But I found this trend so powerful for recognising how far I’ve come, how much I’ve grown and remembering everything I’ve learnt along the way.
2016 was a pretty amazing year but I wouldn’t change the journey I’ve taken from there to here.
