Wishing the wonderful all the love and joy as she steps into a beautiful new chapter of motherhood 💛

Elena has been guiding classes at Elevate from the very beginning, and it’s so heartwarming to see her move into this cosmic next chapter. Elena, your wisdom, kindness, and open-hearted nature will make you an incredible mother ✨

At the same time, we’re so happy to welcome back .medicine.with.safia, who will be covering Elena’s class while she’s on maternity leave 🎉

🗓️ Tuesdays | 12:15 - 1pm

Expect a nourishing and energising vinyasa practice - beginning with a mindful check-in of breath and body, moving through an invigorating flow to release and liberate, and closing with grounding movements to create balance which can carry you through the rest of your day.

Always an invitation to honour your body’s intuitive needs - whether that means building heat or softening into sensation.

Everyone is welcome, in every shade of messy and wonderful.

✨ Acro Yoga Workshop ✨

Acro Yoga combines the foundations of yoga with partner work. In this playful and supportive workshop, we’ll explore poses with two (or more) people – balancing, creating shapes, and moving together to build trust and connection.

We’ll begin with strengthening and mobility warm-ups before moving into partner work, learning how to counterbalance our weight and support each other safely. From there, we’ll work in groups of 2–3 to explore the basics of Acro Yoga. You’ll learn key communication cues between base and flyer, and try some classic poses.

This workshop is all about play, teamwork, and trying something new in a friendly environment. Come along solo, with a partner, or bring some friends — everyone is welcome!

A basic level of fitness is helpful (for example if you’ve done some yoga, pilates, or gym training). If you’re working with an injury and would like to check if the workshop is suitable, feel free to get in touch with Carrie via Elevate’s email.

No partner needed — we’ll be working in small groups throughout.

✨ Yoga + Poetry ✨
Saturday 14th February | 2–3:30pm

Come together in community to ignite your creativity through movement, breath, poetry readings, discussion, and free-writing. This workshop is an invitation to slow down and connect with your own unique poet within. 💫

We’ll begin with grounding stillness and pranayama (breathwork), then flow into a more rhythmic yoga practice—clearing mental chatter and making space for whatever’s been quietly waiting underneath. 🌿🌀

From there, we move into poetry. One of the most beautiful things about this art form? There are no rules. No rights or wrongs. Just curiosity, presence, and whatever wants to emerge in the moment—big or small.🌱

Whether poetry is brand new to you or already a dear friend, this space is for you.

Bring: a notebook, a pen, and yourself exactly as you are. 💛

Breath • Grounding Yoga • Sound

A deeply nourishing practice weaving mindful movement, conscious breath, and full-body rest, held in the soothing vibrations of sound.

Ground through nourishing, supportive poses. Soften the nervous system with breath. Then surrender into a restorative sound bath, activating the body’s natural healing response through rest.

The perfect reset for presence and balance as we begin a new year.

Introducing TODDLER YOGA! ✨

We are so excited to add Toddler Yoga to our weekly schedule!

Expect lots of movement, animal-inspired yoga shapes, play, music, stories and games — all in a wonderfully supportive environment. This is a playful approach to yoga with no previous experience required!

An ideal way to connect with your toddler while joining in on the fun 💛

🫶🏽Younger siblings are welcome for free
🎭 Phoebe is highly experienced in children’s yoga and comes from a Drama education background
