IT’S BACK…Bring a Friend for FREE throughout August!!! ⭐️

We are SO GRATEFUL for the amazing community at Elevate! You are an integral part of what makes the studio so special. So as a huge THANK YOU, we are thrilled to be offering our popular Bring a Friend for FREE throughout August to our incredible community. We love the buzz it creates! 💥

🌼This offer is for ALL classes (not workshops) and is open to any direct Elevate membership holder - memberships, class bundles and drop-ins included.

❓HOW TO: Both you and your friend need to have a TeamUp account. One of you book into the class you both want to attend as normal, then email us with the subject heading ‘BRING A FRIEND’ and tell us: the name of your friend and the class you would like to bring them to. We will book them in (space permitting)! You can come with a friend as many times as you like and it can be the same person or lots of different people!

🔥HOT TIP: Spaces fill up quick! So if you can, email us 3 days in advance to make sure you get a space.

EXCITING NEWS! We have added THREE MORE NEW CLASSES to our weekly schedule!

We are thrilled to expand our offerings and have more opportunities to practice with you! 💛

🌼Start your week with a beautiful offering from Safia: Monday 9:15am - Invigorating Flow - an energising vinyasa yoga class, aiming to leave you feeling invigorated and ready to start the week with an inner glow from a bit of that Safia magic!

🌼Tuesday 8:30am – Pilates w/Olive. Strengthen and lengthen from head to toe, working with the aim of leaving you feeling strong and centred with Olive’s playful background of pilates, dance, yoga and barre! Olive beautifully invites you to explore the mind-body connection whilst moving in a way that is offered to build strength.

🌼Starting in June - Flow + Sound w/Anz Thursdays at 4:30pm! We cannot wait! More details coming soon.

To our trans community, we stand with you. You are so welcome at Elevate Studio, we can’t emphasise that enough. It feels bizarre to even be saying that but in the light of the recent supreme court’s ruling, we are here to shout about and share our support. 🏳️‍⚧️

We are so grateful to have such a varied teaching team at Elevate and diverse community, which speaks volumes. Thank you for trusting us to hold space for you.

Inclusivity is at the heart of Elevate, it always has been and always will be. We are so deeply grateful that the authenticity of that is being received by so many.

Gloriously, many of our classes are operating at full capacity with busy waitlists! To allow for as many of you as possible to attend classes we are updating our cancellation policy.

*Starting from Monday 13th January 2025, non-attendance will incur a £4 no show fee.*

So please do remember to cancel your space if you’re unable to attend. This will then allow more members to access the classes from the waitlist.
