Ready to take your first steps into running but not sure where to start? 👟
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be launching an in-person Couch to 5K programme – designed to support you every step of the way, whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break.
This isn’t just a running plan – it’s a guided experience where you’ll learn how to train safely, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process.
Here’s what you can expect:
✨ Structured, progressive sessions to build you up to 5K
✨ In-person guidance on effective warm-ups and cool-downs
✨ Education on injury prevention and how to stay pain-free
✨ Advice on choosing the right footwear for you
✨ A real-life pacer to support and motivate you during runs
✨ Professional physiotherapy insight throughout
📍 We’ll meet somewhere beautiful in Bristol that works for us both – or, if you’d prefer, I can even meet you right at your front door to get you started!
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of injury while working towards your 5K milestone.
