Hi all!! I’m Hannah - I’m a personal trainer specialising in women’s health and plant based nutrition - with my coaching focused around functional movement to get my clients feeling the healthiest, most mobile and strong versions of themselves. I’m based out of Luxe gym Bedminster and Luxe gym city centre.

I’ve just finished working on my monthly newsletter which I’ll be sending out at the end of next week and every month going forward, to my PT clients & those who attend my supper clubs and retreats with my business Losow Kitchen!

It contains a mixture of recipes, lifestyle tips, and writings around the podcasts / articles / books that have inspired and motivated me recently! As well as updates on upcoming events (really excited to be working with so many incredible bristol yoga instructors this year on some day and weekend yoga retreats!)

Breakfast savoury oat bowl -

30g protein. Over 12 plants.

I make my oats with unsweetened soya milk (and once nearly cooked add 1 flat tbsp of white miso loosened in a little warm water). Then I top with whatever we have in the fridge - today was leftover sesame broccoli, 1/2 avocado, kimchi, sautéed tofu from , sprouts and a little crispy chilli oil. It’s an easy way to get lots of plants and protein in, but also to keep blood glucose levels more stable (which will help to keep you more satiated all day).

(If you are a fan of ramen, broth dishes like pho, rice bowls or even polenta etc. then you’ll probably love savoury oats).
