Most classes are complemented by carefully curated music playlists (or sometimes quiet moments) to suit the flow and teaching style. We provide mats and all props and occasionally use pure organic essential oils to create a soothing atmosphere. Scents are always subtle — if you’re sensitive to any aromas, just let us know. The studio lighting is tailored to the time of day and season, We use warm lighting in the evening classes to help signal to your brain its time wind down and blue based lighting in the morning classes to help get your circadian rhythm going and energise you. The Heat
Our studio is heated using a mix of Herschel Infrared Heating Technology — a soothing warmth that heats your body directly, not just the air. It’s the same trusted technology used in baby incubators to promote healing, and a fresh-air system in our hotter classes, delivering oxygenated air with added humidity for optimal comfort and performance. Infrared heating is clean, efficient, and eco-friendly, helping to reduce the UK’s carbon footprint as a sustainable alternative to gas systems. It’s safe and free from harmful UV rays. The International Commission for Non-Ionising Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) confirms that far infrared heat poses no health risks from known sources. Unlike ionising radiation — the type linked to nuclear materials that can damage cells — infrared is non-ionising, meaning it cannot harm the body. It simply transfers warmth from one place to another, providing a deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and safe environment for your practice. Infrared heat offers a range of health benefits, including:
Reduced inflammation
Detoxification support
Immune system boost
Increased flexibility
Natural pain relief
Enhanced skin health and anti-ageing effects
Lower blood pressure
Improved cell regeneration and wound healing

Detoxification
Sweating is one of the body’s safest and most natural ways to heal. Infrared heat raises your core temperature to promote a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, helping remove toxins such as heavy metals, alcohol, and other compounds. Skin Health & Anti-Ageing
Near-infrared light (red light therapy) supports skin rejuvenation by stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles, and improving overall tone and texture. Pain Relief
Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscles, joints, and tissues, easing soreness and chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia. It’s often used by professionals to reduce spasms and accelerate recovery. Relaxation
Unlike harsh, high-temperature heating systems, infrared heat is gentle and soothing. It promotes relaxation, supports better sleep, and leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed after class. Weight Loss
An infrared hot yoga session can burn up to 600 calories. As your body works to cool itself, your heart rate and metabolism increase — boosting calorie burn and promoting healthy weight management. Circulation
Infrared heat improves blood flow and oxygen delivery to muscles and cells. Regular practice can enhance circulation, aid recovery, and support overall cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular Health & Blood Pressure
Deep sweating from infrared heat helps the heart pump more efficiently, which can lower blood pressure and improve circulation over time. Immunity
Infrared wavelengths stimulate white blood cell production, strengthening your immune system and helping your body fight off illness. Flexibility
Deep, penetrating warmth makes muscles and joints more pliable, improving flexibility and reducing the risk of injury during practice. Cell Health & Healing
Infrared therapy supports faster cell regeneration and tissue repair, promoting recovery, wound healing, and long-term skin and muscle health. The Details

Flex
Flex is our signature class — a dynamic blend of moderate infrared heat, humidity, and music. Combining contemporary and traditional Vinyasa flow, we move fluidly through creative sequences before easing into grounding floor postures. Each class includes elements of pranayama, mindfulness, and occasional core work, creating a full-body experience that strengthens you physically, mentally, and spiritually. This class is suited to all levels, and we recommend it as a starting point for beginners. Power
Think Vinyasa flow, but with more fire. This dynamic class moves through pranayama, sun salutations, core work, and strong, energising sequences and postures — all set to great music. Heated with infrared and added humidity, it’s one of our hottest classes. Power is designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. While modifications are always offered, the fast pace means this class is best for those with some prior yoga experience. Yin / Nidra / Slow Flow
A grounding, meditative practice combining gentle movement, breath work, and stillness. We begin with slow, activating flow before moving into pranayama and Yin postures held for several minutes to release tension and deepen awareness. Expect a calm, supported environment with mild to moderate heat, depending on the weather. This practice honours stillness, balance, and introspection — open to all levels. Workshop
Perfect for beginners or experienced yogis looking to refine their practice, Workshop focuses on alignment, body awareness, and the deeper principles of Hatha yoga. Each session, led by experienced teachers, breaks down key postures with attention to anatomy and correct alignment. Expect a slow, steady flow with longer holds and plenty of detail. Practiced in moderate heat — think a warm spring day. Pace
A low-impact, full-body workout blending yoga, Pilates, barre, and strength training. Using heavier weights, balls, and bricks, we move through rhythmic, repetitive sequences that challenge endurance and build deep stability. Expect weighted squats, core work, and strength-focused movements designed to build resilience and strength.Open to all levels; modifications are always available. Sculpt
A high-energy fusion of yoga, barre, and Pilates, Sculpt blends slow and controlled mindful movement with cardio intervals for a full-body burn. Using light weights, bands, and props, we focus on toning smaller muscle groups while boosting endurance and heart rate. This class is heated with added humidity and is perfect for anyone looking to sweat, sculpt, and strengthen — physically and mentally.Open to all levels; modifications are always available. Ashtanga
This one-hour Ashtanga-inspired class follows the structure of the Primary Series, focusing on breath-led movement, steady rhythm, and mindful alignment. Students will move through Sun Salutations, a sequence of standing postures, and select seated poses from the Primary Series, with an emphasis on linking ujjayi breath, drishti, and vinyasa. The practice builds heat, strength, flexibility, and concentration while offering options and modifications to support different bodies and experience levels. Class concludes with a short finishing sequence and relaxation to restore balance and calm. Suitable for students with some yoga experience or those ready for a strong, focused flow. Somatic Yoga & Movement
This one-hour somatic yoga class integrates gentle, mindful movement and breathwork to cultivate deep internal body awareness. The practice emphasizes internal sensation and the feeling of movement rather than achieving perfect poses, supporting the release of chronic tension and calming the nervous system. Through slow, floor-based sequences, subtle muscular engagement, and intentional pauses, students are guided to re-educate muscles and rediscover fluid, natural movement patterns. This approach empowers individuals to release stored stress and trauma, strengthen the mind-body connection, and move with greater ease. Especially beneficial for those experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, stress, or burnout, this class is accessible to all levels and offers a deeply restorative yet empowering experience. SOUNDBATH
A soundbath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing sound vibrations that calm and slow down the central nervous system, helping to quiet the mind and release tension. This practice is especially effective for activating the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep rest, stress reduction, and the body’s natural ability to restore and heal. Using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle tones, you’ll be gently guided through the practice while resting comfortably, allowing sound waves to promote relaxation, emotional release, and inner stillness. Plenty of blankets and bolsters are available to ensure you feel fully supported, warm and comfortable creating a nourishing experience that leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy. Restorative
Yin Yang yoga is a grounding, meditative practice that blends gentle movement, breath work, and stillness to create balance in both body and mind. The class begins with a slow, activating Yang flow to build warmth, strength, and circulation, then moves into pranayama and Yin postures held for several minutes to gently stretch deep connective tissues, release tension, and deepen mindfulness. Practiced in a calm, supported environment with mild to moderate heat depending on the weather, this experience creates harmony between stillness and movement, supporting physical, mental, and emotional balance. The practice honours introspection and balance, leaving practitioners feeling both relaxed and revitalised. Open to all levels.
