✨ We’re so grateful when you take the time to cancel your appointment online if you can’t make it - it really helps us manage our clinicians time effectively πŸ’™

Where possible, we’d be even more grateful if cancellations could be made at least a day in advance. This gives us the best chance to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

Thank you for helping us πŸ™

πŸ’Š Need to order your repeat prescription? πŸ’Š

Just a quick reminder – we ask that all repeat prescription requests are submitted in writing and include the following details:
πŸ”Ή Patient’s full name
πŸ”Ή Patient’s date of birth
πŸ”Ή The name and dosage of each medication you need

This helps reduce prescribing errors and gives us a clear paper trail.

You can request your medication in any of these easy ways:
✨ Through the NHS App or website
✨ Using the prescription tab on Klinik
✨ By emailing us at: bnssg.westwalk.scripts@nhs.net
✨ By putting a paper request into the prescriptions box on the ground floor
✨ Some pharmacies can also request on your behalf – please check with them directly if this is available

☎️ Housebound patients identified by the practice who are unable to use these options can call us between 2pm and 4pm, Monday-Friday, and our team will be happy to help.

πŸ—“οΈ Please submit your request one week before you run out of medication. We aim to process repeat prescription requests within three working days, but please note we cannot guarantee the dispensing time of individual pharmacies.

Thank you for your cooperation πŸ’™
