🌿 Walk and Talk – Peer Support Walks for Carers 🌿

Are you a carer looking to boost your well being, enjoy a gentle walk, and connect with others who understand?

Walk and Talk offers free, friendly walks in local green spaces, led by a supportive worker who can listen and share useful advice.
Groups run over six weeks and include options for carers on their own, carers with the person they care for, and age-specific groups.

All carers are welcome, whatever your background or walking ability.
