Gentle Yoga with Monika’s friendly Wednesday sessions are accessible and open to anyone looking for a way to improve their mobility. You DON’T have to to be flexible to take part!
These classes are designed to support tired and aching midlife bodies. Experience increased mobility, reduced stress, improved sleep and a deeper sense of physical and mental wellbeing though these sessions.
Monika brings a wealth of experience to her classes having practiced yoga for more than three decades, gaining a 300-hour yoga teacher training qualification and a women’s 3rd age health coach certification along the way.
With a personal understanding of chronic pain, physical injury and subsequent limitations, she is keen to share with others how beneficial yoga can be if you are suffering from any of these common midlife issues. In her sessions there is never any pressure or judgment about what a body can or cannot do and no expectation to perform any particular pose. She encourages you to start where you are, listen to your body - and simply do what you can.

Gentle Yoga runs every Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm.
Booking is flexible, you can book a one-off or come when you can make it. No need to book a whole term.
