Would you hug this Prince Charming!!
Scrambling our minds! Causing confusion. . on human reaction can be directed easily if we wish it to be!
We use our bodies to express how we are feeling, by communicating with our body language before words are spoken, when words are used it is only used up to a third of the language, interesting isn’t it!
Now you can see ‘Why’ people have started to find their mental aptitude starting to show signs of being affected since the pandemic, the result of lack of using our bodies to express, be able communicate with each other naturally.
The constant noise flying around us like a whirling tornado feeling bombarded with information associated with Covid on how we can or may affect others. scrabbling our minds causing conflict with our behaviour patterns by what we see, hear external and internally in our environments all around us, making use more confused than ever, right!
I know it happened to me, we are only human but I’m lucky I knew how to shake it off and change my action promptly.
Here is a free suggestion to help you if you need to express your feelings!
To have a hug speaks volumes, when you are feeling lonely, confused, upset, sad, need comfort, support, even if happy or fearful, a hug heightens the inner soul of a person, enhances our spirt giving us comfort, peace and love answering our inner questions and beliefs, giving us clarity.
If you can’t hug that special person who makes you feel happy inside.
1. Take a pillow or a soft Teddy bear
2. Spray it with a touch of scent from that person you need to feel consoled by or a scent that makes you overwhelmed by happiness
3. Sit down, Close your eyes,
4. Start to hug/ cuddle the pillow or Teddy bear
5. Picture that person, then a great memory of that person in your mind where you felt the happiest
6. Take a smell of the item this will enhance your memories of them heightening your feelings
7. Speak the words you want to say to them in your mind, keep it short and specific, then think what would they say back to me? Speak it in your mind only
8. Take another deep breath through the nose, the scent will start to change your body language (physiology) and behaviour by starting to comfort calm your inner soul.
9. Once you feel better clear the screen, open your eyes, How do you feel Now, 1 to 10? If under 9 hug a little longer
10. Do this for 5-10 mins should be enough, do this when you feel low or just need uplifting. It will help you to feel anchored once again
11. Turn the negative emotion to a positive emotional state.
12. Do this only when sat still, not when driving or using machinery
