We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news from Argentum Lodge

Please join us in congratulating Shini Mehar, who has been promoted from General Nurse to Clinical Lead after three fantastic years with our team.

During her time with us, Shini has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication to both our residents and her colleagues. She is a truly person-centred nurse who always puts the wellbeing, dignity and comfort of our residents first. Her reliability, knowledge, compassion, and empathy make her an invaluable member of the Argentum Lodge family.

We are incredibly proud to support and develop our team, and Shini’s promotion is a wonderful example of recognizing commitment, growth and the passion she brings to her role every single day. Her hard work, determination and professional development have made this achievement thoroughly deserved.

Our manager Jess shared her thoughts on this exciting moment:

“I am extremely grateful for Shini’s determination, dedication and continuous development within our home. It has been a pleasure to watch her grow over the past two years, and I can’t wait to work alongside such a fantastic nurse as our Clinical Lead. Shini was also a finalist in the Great British care Awards October last year for category of ‘putting people first”

Shini’s leadership, kindness and clinical expertise will continue to strengthen our team and the care we provide to our residents and their families.

We are all incredibly excited about the future and look forward to continuing our journey together as a team into 2026 and beyond.
