Did you know you can enable patients to access and manage health services on behalf of others via the NHS App?

By setting up linked profiles, your practice can allow patients—such as parents, carers, or family members—to view and manage health information for those they support, provided they are registered at the same practice.

This feature can improve access, reduce administrative burden, and enhance patient experience—particularly for families and carers.
