I used to think being spiritual or having a spiritual side meant you had to float about in a cape and obsess about crystals. You had to speak in riddles and give others the impression of being otherworldly. I don’t believe that’s true. Being spiritual can mean whatever the hell you want. For me, ultimately, it’s about recognising connection, being a good human, committing to personal growth and development, realising and honouring the body’s potential and evolving. Walking my dog and teaching him how to operate in the human world, taking control of his fear and attempts to take control and turning it into something that works, is a spiritual as yoga. Cooking is as spiritual as meditating. Training is as spiritual as praying. All life can have a spiritual purpose and flow, not just when you’ve got your cape on 😛🙌🏽 photo from I keep sharing stuff from there because I loved it and I believe so passionately in supporting businesses that are made by the heart of people ❤️❤️💙💙
