Think about it.....

So there we were at the beginning of January, we started our journey loaded up with positivity, enthusiasm and all the fuel and resources to power through to our destination. Then, a few weeks in, a wheel came off and we ground to a halt.
That weekend treat, the day out with the kids, the indulgence after a tough week at work was our nail in the road.
So what do we do?
We don’t want to sit in the same place for the next few days or weeks and we need to get ourselves out of danger ⚠️
We contact the emergency rescue service to get us going again! Our rescue service here is our consultant and our group - and their service is amazing!
They’ll get that motor running, they’ll help us get the wheels back on and have us back with our foot on the gas as quickly as possible.
Whatever has happened will soon be a distant memory as we’re back on our journey heading in the right direction once again! We can check occasionally in our rear view mirror to see how far we’ve come - but keep looking forward to where we’re going. Keep in mind what a beautiful destination it is!

Loved welcoming some fantastic new members this week, 16 people made a great choice in joining us and getting their food optimising journey of to a great start. Goals set for the next 4 seasons and beehive groups lost a massive 64lbs this week. One lady lost 9.5 on her first week and another lady lost 7lbs just by recomitting themselves. You could do great things too. If you want to take back your control like myself and many others, then give me a call and get that ball rolling. I can't wait to meet you. Hugs Annesa.

DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER
It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining whitehall ( previously redfield) or anyone's SW group this and next week.

And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".

These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in our, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world)

So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2022 could be the year of your life!
I'm here ready and waiting to welcome you for the first time second time or even a third. I'm always here for my members even if they fell of track.
I can't wait to see you.
