It's been a while but we're back!

If you had a active membership then it will automatically resume and be extended from tomorrow morning at 7am when we open our door with the number of days you had remaining prior to the lockdown.

Back once again thanks to our lovely government now deeming it safe to reopen! 🙄

We will be back to normal from Wednesday all memberships will become active again and any days you had remaining will still be valid with your usual renewal date that was due in November will now be owed in December!

As you can imagine being closed for a month and freezing everyone’s membership not taking a penny has had considerable impact to the business, never the less we have still invested in new equipment, new boiler systems for piping hot showers all day, graffiti to improve the space further and a state of the art cleaning system to continue to ensure you are all training in a clean environment.

We hope to see you all back training next week, please bring a friend and get them involved at LA Gym let’s grow together!

As you will all already know, the government are closing us down once again to 'protect the public & NHS' from this deadly virus which so far hasn't infected anyone using our gym and has been proven to have well under 1% chance of dying if you are of relatively good health. There has been no support for the industry seeing as so much data points towards health being critical in survival from not only this but all diseases that stress the NHS and kill hundreds of thousands in the UK alone. The government do not care for me, you, our quality of life or our businesses and thats been proven time and time again even more so with this pandemic. I think its safe to say we are all being shafted and anyone with the slightest intuition will realise something isn't quite right with where we are in the world today.

Enough with the rant and how we feel about the situation and onto whats happening at the gym and importantly you our members... Obviously we cannot open now so we intend to freeze each and every one of your memberships starting from Thursday 5th November this will mean when we can eventually reopen you can resume training and not lose any days you have remaining.

We unfortunately will not be loaning out kit, however we will be taking this time to make essential repairs/improvements to the gym so that when we can reopen it'll be even better then before.

Our retail store which sells a full range of essential foods, vitamins & minerals will remain open at reduced hours of 10am til 3pm Monday to Saturday - Data suggests those with healthy levels of Vitamin D have been recovering brilliantly and we sell some fantastic organic vitamin D products!

If you have any questions or queries please DM us and we hope to see you all return to the gym on the 2nd December.

Please sign! Gyms have proven that they can operate safely and have provided enormous benefits towards improving peoples physical and mental health.

All this talk of vaccines and locking ourselves away yet no government expert has come out and repeatedly told us the benefits of maintaining a healthy body weight, nutritionally balanced diet and supplementing things such as Vitamin D to prevent serious illness. These things aren't just essential in relation to COVID19 these are all steps everyone should be taking to prevent obesity, heart disease, diabetes and cancers!!

In the event of a spike we would like you not to close gyms as a measure to stop any spread of Covid. Also for gyms to not be put in the same group as pubs in terms of risk or importance. Gyms are following strict guidelines and most members are following rules in a sober manner.
