🩺 April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month 💙

Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers in the UK, but early awareness saves lives.

Look out for symptoms such as:
• Changes in your poo (diarrhoea, constipation, or unusual consistency)
• Blood in poo or bleeding from the bottom
• Needing to go more or less often than usual
• Ongoing tummy pain, bloating, or a lump
• Unexplained weight loss, tiredness, or breathlessness

Having symptoms doesn’t always mean cancer, but it’s important to get checked.
