We are throwing a competition that you and your dog can get involved in, with dog prizes to be won!

Network Healthcare Complex Care Team provide specialist care in a community setting, We are looking to hear from candidates who would be interested in joining our team. Currently we have vacancies within the Bristol region.

Guaranteed 24, 36 or 48 hour contracts with excellent rates of pay*.

We can offer day / night or a combination of shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

We deliver the highest quality and standards of individualised care to adults & children with the most challenging and complex long term conditions.

Our aim is to enable each service user to live as independently as possible, reaching their maximum potential and to enjoy real quality of life with family, friends and loved ones with dignity & respect.

As a part of the complex care team you will be delivering specialist care to service users with complex long term conditions within their own home, conditions such as

Acquired Brain Injuries
Spinal Cord Injuries
Motor Neurone Disease
Huntington’s
Cerebral Palsy
Ventilator Dependent Clients
Transitional Care
At Network Healthcare we understand the impact and the importance that continuity and reliability has for service users and their families, and that is why we reward our staff with outstanding rates of pay for their skills, reliability and loyalty.

As well as excellent pay we also provide our staff with the following:

Nurse led specialist Training

Free Enhanced DBS POVA/POCA Checks

Fully supported & free NVQ pathway

Paid practical & service user specific study days.

Requirements

Desirable - NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care with the desire to work towards NVQ level 3 in health & social care.

Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a relevant setting.

Commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care, enabling service users to reach their full potential.

Previous experience or training around peg feeds, Tracheostomies, Suctioning ,Ventilators desirable not essential

Punctual & Reliable

Whilst previous community experience is desirable it is not essential.

Be competent & comfortable working in an autonomous working environment

An understanding of complex care provision and the clinical & social challenges that delivering care in this environment can present.

Full UK driving License.

Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service.

*Rates of pay advertised are inclusive of annual leave.

Network Complex Care are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team to provide clinical support to a variety of care packages whom suffer with complex care needs, such as;

Spinal Cord Injury
Motor Neurone Disease
Ventilated Clients
Parkinsons
ABI/TBI
Huntington's
Cerebral Palsy

The RN Nursing Lead will be clinically responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of their allocated care packages.

Essential criteria:

- Current NMC Registration
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in a relevant setting
- Proven clinical competence
- Proven Teaching and Mentorship experience
- IT Literacy
