These are unprecedentedtimes of which we have not seen, we are worried for our loved ones, our friends and what financial impact this may have.

Our community needs us more now than ever!

We are looking to recruit care staff to support our older population in their own homes. By giving this support we relievesome of the pressures on our NHS system.

This is a message not only for the Homecare4u's staff but every single Healthcare Assistant that is working extremely hard throughout this pandemic to ensure all of our vulnerable adults stay safe and out of hospital.

For all the right reasons NHS frontline staff are receiving public praise on a daily basis for their efforts, they deserve the plaudits but I am yet to hear praise for the HCAs who are working in the community or working in care homes up and down the country. That needs to change.

Community HCA's are also working through a pandemic. They are also working without sufficient PPE, working long hours and picking up overtime. They are unable to benefit from the NHS hour at supermarkets so find it hard to buy food for their families but they still are out there delivering high quality, compassionate care to those in need.

So from everyone at Homecare4u you are the unsung heroes, you are just as important throughout this pandemic as the front line NHS staff. You may not realise it but the work you are doing is keeping your clients out of hospital, safe and well; and for that we commend you.

Our aim is to reach as many Healthcare Assistants as we possibly can so please please share the post, you might just give someone the boost they need.

Remember not all heroes wear capes. You are all doing an amazing job. We all appreciate everything you are all doing. Keep going. Stay safe!!!!!!
